How to add multi-rep test entry when creating a test period:
Navigate to the test entry page
Click the pencil icon to the right of the test period you wish to add multi rep test entry to
Check the "Multi-Rep Max" box located to the right of each exercise you wish to change from a one-rep max to a multi-rep max
How to add multi-rep test entry to an existing test period:
Navigate to the test entry page
Click the "+" located near the top right corner of the page to create a new test period
After adding the exercises you wish to test, check the "Multi-Rep Max" box located to the right of each exercise you wish to change from a one-rep max to a multi-rep max
Once multi-rep max has been added:
The test period is set up similar to the picture below. This allows you to enter reps completed and weight lifted. Once entered, a new projected max will auto calculate in the box next to where you entered the data.
By default, the projected max formula is (weight lifted X reps completed X 0.03) + weight lifter. This may be changed from the Projected Max Formula page accessible from Settings.
