Groups within Rack can be used for communicating and collaborating with coaches throughout the Rack community with common shared interests.

Example types of groups could include: School Districts, Coach organizations, Sports, Coaching or Training Philosophies.

How to Create a Group

Navigate to the Groups page through the left side menu on Rack
Click the "+" button in the upper right corner of the page
Enter a name and description for the group
Set the group permissions:
1. Availability - who can access the group and how
  1. Public: A public group is visible to all coaches and any coach may join the group without approval by group organizers.
  2. Closed: A public group is visible to all coaches and any coach may join the group without approval by group organizers.
  3. Private: Private groups are unlisted and are only visible to coaches that are invited to join the group.
2. Invites - who can invite others to join
  1. Organizer Only
  2. Members
3. Upload Photos & Docs - who has access to
  1. Organizer Only
  2. Members
Set group categories if desired to better assist in searches for relevant groups
Set group tags if desired to better assist in searches for relevant groups
Set group banner image if desired
Click "Create Group"
