Learn how to enter & view Training Max and/or Training Data Per Set from the Workout Entry page

Entering Training Max and or Training Data Per Set

  1. Navigate to the Workout Entry page

  2. Locate and click on the previously assigned workout (arranged by date) you wish to enter data for

  3. By default all athletes the workout was assigned to will display, click on the roster name you wish to enter data for to limit the view

  4. Enter the reps and weight lifted in the boxes provided

    1. If reps and weight were prescribed, they will display in a light gray text

    2. If reps and weight have already been entered (on this page or the app, they will display in black text

    3. Sets with a fire icon next to it as pictured above are burnout sets and a new training max will be calculated and recorded to the right of them


Viewing Training Max and or Training Data Per Set

  1. Navigate to the Workout Entry page

  2. Locate and click on the previously assigned workout (arranged by date) you wish to enter data for

  3. By default all athletes the workout was assigned to will display, click on the roster name you wish to enter data for to limit the view

  4. All previously entered data will display in black text

    1. if the athlete or coach has not entered the data for the exercise for an athlete yet, any prescribed reps or weight will display in gray text
