Learn how to run a gains/loss report with test or training data

Gains/Losses with test data

  1. Navigate to the Reports Page

  2. Click the "Gains/Losses" tab located near the top center of the page

  3. Select "Test Data" from the first drop down (highlighted in the picture above)

  4. Select the first test period to compare data with

  5. Select the second test period to compare data with

  6. To show the gain/loss in pounds, leave the "Show As Percent" off, to show gain/loss as a percent, click the "Off" switch to turn it on

  7. Click the blue "Load" button

Gains/Losses with Training data

  1. Navigate to the Reports Page

  2. Click the "Gains/Losses" tab located near the top center of the page

  3. Select "Workout Data" from the first drop down (highlighted in the picture above)

  4. Select the date range to view workouts assigned within that time frame

  5. Select the first workout to compare

  6. Select the second workout to compare

  7. Select the set to compare data off of

  8. To show the gain/loss in pounds, leave the "Show As Percent" off, to show gain/loss as a percent, click the "Off" switch to turn it on

  9. Click the blue "Load" button
