Navigate to the Reports page
Click on the "Training Data" tab near the top to the Reports page
Select the data range to see data for from workouts scheduled within that date range
Select the workout to load data for
Select the Exercise to load data for
Select the set to load data for
Click "Add to Grid"
In order to add additional sets or exercises to the report, simply select a different exercise or set from the drop downs previously utilized and click "Add to Grid" once more.
