Yes. All your answers are saved automatically as soon as you confirm them. You don't have to do anything.
What this means in practice: - You can close the app or the tab at any time without losing your work - If your internet connection is temporarily lost, your answer will be saved as soon as you're back online - You'll find all your answers intact if you switch devices
Mid-session note: If you're in the middle of an answer and close the app, the text in progress may not be saved. Make it a habit to confirm your answer before leaving.
