Payment security: All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world leaders in online payments. Your banking information is never stored on our servers — it remains secure with Stripe.
Invoicing: You receive an invoice by email after each payment. Your invoices are also accessible from your space > "My subscription" > "Billing history."
Annual subscription: If you choose an annual subscription, the full amount is charged once at the time of subscription or renewal.
In case of a payment issue: If your payment fails, you'll receive a notification email. Check your card details or contact our support to resolve the issue.
