You have the right to delete your account and all your data at any time.
How to delete your account: 1. Log into your account 2. Go to "My profile" > "Account settings" 3. Scroll down to "Danger zone" or "Delete my account" 4. Confirm the deletion
What is deleted: - All your answers to questions - All your generated stories - All your photos - Your profile and personal information - Your billing data (issued invoices are kept for legal reasons)
Deletion timeline: Deletion takes effect immediately for your access. Data is permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.
Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent. We cannot recover your data after this period. Remember to download your PDF before deleting.
Alternative: If you simply want to take a break, you can cancel your subscription without deleting your account. Your data will be kept for 12 months.
