On tablet or phone: 1. Go to your device's Settings 2. Look for Raconteo (or your browser: Safari, Chrome) 3. Check that Microphone access is enabled 4. Restart the app or browser
On computer: 1. Click the lock icon (or info icon) to the left of the website address 2. Check that the Microphone is set to "Allow" 3. If it's blocked, click on it to allow it, then reload the page
