Check first: 1. Your Spam or Junk folder — our emails sometimes end up there 2. The Promotions tab if you use Gmail 3. That you entered your email address correctly without typos
If you still can't find it: - Wait a few minutes — the email may take up to 5 minutes to arrive - Try logging in again at raconteo.com: a "Resend email" button will appear - If the problem persists, contact us via chat — we'll activate your account manually
