If you're having trouble logging into your Raconteo account:
Forgotten password: 1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?" 2. Enter your email address 3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link 4. Create a new password
You signed up with Google: - Click the "Continue with Google" button instead of entering a password - Make sure you're using the same Google account as when you signed up
Other issues: - Check that you're using the correct email address - Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser - On the mobile app, make sure you have the latest version installed
