We offer installation and configuration at no charge. You can install it yourself as well. If we help, we'll need some information from you.

If you wish to install the software yourself, we will happily send you a copy of the plugin to install.  

We offer the free installation and configuration because we believe it's worth the up front time on our end to make sure that every customer has a perfect installation from the very beginning.   

If you wish to have us tackle the installation, you'll want to setup a temporary WordPress username and password for us and send it to us securely via our helpdesk.  If we run into issues we may also request FTP but ask that you not send us those credentials unless we request them. 

We take great care to move carefully and work around your installation. We always suggest that you backup your site using a service from your hosting company or any one of the many free WordPress backup tools.
