Most of the team is located in the Eastern Time Zone.  During regular business hours from 9am EST to 5pm EST we try to respond same day if not within the hour.  After hours requests are typically handled the following morning. 

We're not adverse to talking on the phone - we just ask that you shoot us an email first so that we can get the right person on the line to handle your situation.
