📱The Angel App doesn't scan the QR code

In case the Angel app does not scan the QR code, please follow these steps:

✅ 1. Please do not attempt check-out after the pick-up time has passed. If you do so, the check-out procedure will not work, as the order will be considered expired.

✅ 2. Did you know that to perform the check-out process, you’ll need the customer’s QR code once again? Simply follow the same procedure you used during the check-in process.

✅ 3. If it still doesn’t work, please use the recovery procedure. Click on ‘Recovery procedure’ and enter the 6-digit customer Recovery Code. This will allow you to complete the check-out without needing the QR code:

✅ 4. Still experiencing issues? Please provide the exact error message, specify your device’s brand and model, mention the operating system you are using, and include the app’s version. If possible, attach a screenshot of the error or record your screen.
