Integrate Your CRM with My Active Clients

Sync your CRM with My Active Clients via Zapier for seamless lead management and optimized workflows.

Seamlessly integrate your CRM (e.g., BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Lofty) with the My Active Clients tool to optimize lead management and ensure seamless data flow.

Things to Know

• Integrate your third-party CRM with My Active Clients using Zapier.

• The integration supports full name, email and phone number data sync.

• New contacts are added to New Client/Accepted column in My Active Clients.

Setting Up Your CRM Integration

Note: Instructions may vary slightly depending on the CRM being integrated. The steps below use Follow Up Boss as an example.


1: Access the Zapier Platform

  • Visit the Zapier website and sign in to your account. If you don’t have an account, create one for free.

  • On the dashboard, click the orange + Create button in the upper left.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Zaps.


2. Create the Trigger

  • The trigger ensures that when a new contact is created in your CRM, a new active client is added to Radius Office.

  • In the trigger box, search for your CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss).

  • Select a Trigger Event (e.g., New Contact). This action prompts your CRM to deliver the lead to My Active Clients.

  • Click Sign In to connect your CRM account.


3. Generate the API Key

  • To generate an API key in Follow Up Boss:

    • In the API Access window, click the blue link to navigate to Follow Up Boss.

    • Click the Create API Key button.

    • Choose a name for your API key and click Create API Key.

    • Copy the API key and click Done.

  • Paste the API key into the API Access window and click Yes, Continue to Follow Up Boss.


4: Connect and Test CRM Setup

  • Click Continue.

  • Click Test to ensure the integration is set up correctly.


5. Create the Action

  • In the second box, search for the Radius Agent app.

  • Select the Action Event: Create Active Client.

  • Click Sign In to connect your Radius account.


6. Generate the API Key

  • In the API Access window, click the blue link to navigate to Radius Settings.

  • Alternatively, go to My Active Clients and click the Zapier Integration button.

  • Copy the API key by clicking the shortcut.

  • Paste the API key into the Access window and click Yes, Continue to Radius.

  • You will be redirected back to Zapier to map and test the integration.


7. Mapping Data Fields

  • Click Continue in the action window.

  • Map the data fields to sync from your CRM to My Active Clients:

    • Map the Name field.

    • Map the Email field.

    • Map the Phone field.

  • Skip remaining fields as additional data is not currently supported.

  • Click Continue once finished.


8. Test and Publish

  • Click the Test Step button.

    • If the test fails, an error message will advise what needs correction.

    • If successful, proceed to publish the Zap.

  • Click Publish to finalize the integration.
