Commission Advance Policy and eCommission Advance Policy
Purpose
This Policy outlines the process for real estate agents requesting an advance on their commission and ensures compliance with company policies.
Scope
This applies to all licensed real estate agents affiliated with Radius Agent who require a commission advance before the closing of a transaction.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a commission advance, the agent must meet the following conditions:
The agent must have the transaction reported in My Transactions via the Radius Dashboard and the file reported as Pending.
The appropriate documentation must be uploaded for this specific property:
If you represent a seller, you must upload a fully executed listing agreement to My Transactions in the Radius Dashboard.
If you represent a buyer, you must have the purchase agreement and escrow information uploaded to My Transactions in the Radius Dashboard.
The agent has no outstanding debts or unresolved compliance issues with the brokerage.
A maximum of two pending commission advances is allowed at a time.
Where to Send for Signatures
If you are licensed in California:
Please send any commission advances to get signed by the managing broker, Roger Zelaya, and email them to ca.sign@radiusagent.com
If you are licensed in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Oregon:
Please send any commission advances to get signed by the managing broker, Kathy Rzad, and email them to katherine.rzad@radiusagent.com
