Family Member Collaboration in the Radius Client App allows clients to involve trusted people—like family or partners—directly in their home search.
Here’s what features are included for family members:
🔗 Invited Family Members
Clients can invite family members or co-buyers to join a shared search board.
Invited members receive a link via email or text to join the search board.
🏡 Shared Search Boards
Everyone sees the same properties, updates, and recommendations.
Members can add or adjust search criteria, so the board reflects what the whole group is looking for.
💬 Group Chat
Use group messaging to discuss listings together in one conversation.
Agents can be part of the chat too, so everyone stays aligned.
❤️ Reactions and Notes
Mark properties as favorites or dismiss ones that aren’t a fit.
Leave comments on specific listings to explain why you like—or don’t like—a property.
🔔 Notifications
Everyone gets notified when new listings are added, or when someone reacts or comments on a property.
These features help streamline communication, reduce back-and-forth, and make the home search a true team effort.
Invite Family Member Collaborators
Primary clients can easily invite family members right from a search board.
Note: Family members see the Client App exactly as the primary client sees it, excluding documentation unless they become co-buyers or co-sellers. Family members cannot request changes to the assigned agent.
On the search board, tap + Add Family.
Choose to allow access to your contacts or manually enter each family member’s information:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Invitations are sent via email and SMS.
Invited family members will be prompted to complete a quick signup to join and start collaborating.
Home Search Collaboration Tools
Each search board includes a set of helpful tools to manage and collaborate on your home search. To access these options, from the open Search board, tap the three vertical dots (⋮) located at the top.
💬 Chat
Start or join conversations with your agent and invited family members. Use chat to discuss listings, ask questions, and share feedback.
✏️ Edit Search
Update your search criteria—such as price range, neighborhoods, or desired features—so your recommendations stay relevant.
🗑️ Delete Search
Remove the search board entirely if it’s no longer needed. This action deletes all associated preferences and chat history.
👥 Manage Family Members
View, add, or remove collaborators. Easily invite new family members to join the board or update existing participant info.
Share Property Feedback
Family members can play an active role in the home search by sharing feedback directly from the shared search board.
Open the Shared Search Board
Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) on any property to open the Share Menu
Select the appropriate option.
🏠 Share a Property: Share a specific listing with others by tapping on the Share menu option. This will open your devices share sheet providing a central location for accessing different sharing options.
🚫 Mark as “Not Quite Right:” Not every listing will be a perfect match. Use the “Not Quite Right” option to politely dismiss properties that don’t fit.
After selecting this option, you'll be prompted to provide a bit more detail on why it didn’t work—helping refine future recommendations.
Chat Feedback Options
Collaborators can easily discuss listings using the in-app chat feature, right from the shared search board.
Open the Shared Search Board

Select Chat to start or join a conversation.
Chat Types:
🏠 Property-Specific Chats:
Each listing has its own discussion thread, visible to all collaborators on the search board. Great for sharing opinions, asking questions, or flagging concerns about specific properties.👥 Group Chats:
Tied to a specific search board, these conversations are visible to all invited members—keeping the whole group aligned.🔒 Private Chats:
One-on-one messages between you and a family member are private and only visible to the two of you.

Agent Management in the Office Mobile App
👤 Primary Client Relationship
All activity—including search boards and family member collaboration—is tracked under the primary client.
Only the primary client can submit agent reassignment requests.
📋 Search Board Oversight
Access and manage all client search boards directly from the mobile Office dashboard.
Monitor property interactions from both the client and their invited collaborators.
Review shared preferences, feedback, and engagement trends.
Stay proactive by managing and updating property recommendations.
