Now Live: AI Insights & Enrichment
Mel can now help you understand how warm each client is, what may be driving their interest, and what you still need to learn about them.
AI Insights & Enrichment is available directly from any client profile. The new AI Insights card appears on the left side of the client profile. Select View Full Analysis to see the complete details.
Mel can use the information available in your database and publicly available information online to enrich a client's profile, identify behavioral signals, and provide an Intent Score.
Note: Mel only uses information that is publicly available online. If a client's information is private or unavailable, Mel will not pull it. When there is not enough information to make an assessment, Mel will tell you instead of guessing.
What Information Does Mel Use?
When a client is created, Mel can use the client's basic information to help search for publicly available information.
The key information used includes:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Mel can use this information to look for publicly available information about the client online, such as professional or profile information.
If matching information is found, Mel may use it to enrich the client's profile.
Mel may also display a profile photo if one is available publicly online.
AI Insights
The AI Insights card gives you a quick snapshot of the client's current level of engagement.
Select View Full Analysis to see additional details about the client's score, profile, signals, and recommended questions.
📊 Intent Score
The Intent Score is a score from 0–100 that helps indicate how actively a client may be engaging with the buying process.
The score includes:
A score from 0–100
A corresponding band label, such as cold, cool, warm, or hot
A confidence percentage showing how much evidence supports the score
The reasons and signals contributing to the score
Score history, allowing you to see how the score changes over time
For example, a client who is actively using your client portal, researching properties, or engaging with other features may show stronger signals and a higher Intent Score.
The score can change as new client activity occurs.
📡 Client Signals
Mel looks at client behaviors and activities that may indicate interest or engagement.
Examples of signals can include:
Client portal activity
Property search activity
Favoriting or shortlisting properties
Search board activity
CRM activity
Campaign activity
Timeline information
Other available client data
These signals can contribute to changes in the client's Intent Score.
Real-Time Activity
Client activity can affect the Intent Score quickly.
For example, if a client becomes active in their client portal or interacts with properties on a search board, Mel can detect those activities and update the client's insights.
This gives agents a more current view of which clients may be actively researching or engaging.
🔎 Profile Snapshot
The Profile Snapshot provides additional information Mel has found about the client.
Depending on what is publicly available, you may see:
Employer
Role
Target market
Budget
Predicted buying window
Estimated salary
Profile information
Profile photo
Each available piece of information includes its source, so you can understand where the information came from.
If information cannot be found, Mel will leave the field blank rather than make an assumption.
🔗 Enrichment
Mel uses multiple providers behind the scenes to enrich client information.
The current enrichment providers include:
ATTOM – Property information
PDL – Employer and role information
Twilio – Phone information
Each provider reports its own result.
Mel Credits
Enrichment uses Mel credits only when Mel does not already have the client's data.
If the information is already available to Mel, additional credits are not consumed to retrieve the same information.
💬 Worth Asking About
The Worth Asking About section helps you identify information that Mel could not determine or that may be useful to discuss with the client.
Instead of guessing, Mel gives you specific topics to bring up during your next conversation.
These may include:
Phone
Search criteria
Client portal activity
Stated timeline
Financing
Other information that may help you better understand the client's needs
For example, Mel may tell you:
“Not enough signal yet — worth asking them directly.”
This gives you a starting point for your next conversation.
No Guessing
If Mel does not have enough information to make an assessment, it will tell you.
You may see:
“Not enough signal yet — worth asking them directly.”
Blank fields also explain why information is unavailable.
This helps you understand the difference between:
Information that was not found
Information that is not publicly available
Information that has not been determined yet
Information where there is not enough signal
🔄 Recompute Now
Use Recompute Now to refresh the client's enrichment data and rescore their Intent Score.
This can be useful when new information or client activity is available and you want to see an updated analysis.
After recomputing, Mel may return new profile information or signals that were not previously available.
Run AI Insights & Enrichment for Multiple Clients
You can also run AI Insights & Enrichment for multiple clients at once directly from the Client List.
This allows you to enrich and analyze multiple clients without opening each individual profile.
Note: Mel credits are consumed for enrichment only when Mel does not already have the client's data.
How AI Insights Can Help You Prioritize Clients
AI Insights & Enrichment is designed to help you answer two key questions:
Who should I work?
The Intent Score and Signals can help you identify clients who are showing stronger signs of engagement.
For example, a client who is actively researching properties, using the client portal, or interacting with a search board may show stronger engagement signals.
What should I ask?
The Worth Asking About section highlights information you still need to learn.
This can help you prepare for your next call and have a more meaningful conversation with the client.
Together, the Intent Score, Signals, Profile Snapshot, and Worth Asking About sections give you a clearer picture of the client and help you determine how to prioritize your outreach.
