Your Managing Broker at Radius will put in a license transfer request via Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), so please inform them when you are ready to make the transfer. Once your license has been transferred successfully, you'll then want to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages. This article will walk you through how to confirm whether your license has been transferred and the steps to take to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages.
Step 1 - Verify Transfer of License to Radius
After your broker has requested your license be transferred to Radius, you'll receive a text-only email from TREC with an invitation to Radius.
Accept the invitation to Radius via the email.
Both the invitation email and the transfer confirmation email will come from no-reply@notices.trec.texas.gov.
If you have not received either email, let your broker know by emailing tx.broker@radiusagent.com.
Note: If your expected license transfer has not been completed, please reach out to your Brokerage Support or your Account Manager for assistance.
Step 2 - Notify Your MLS/Association of Brokerage Change
You must contact your MLS/Association and notify them that you have changed brokerages. Each MLS/Association has their own internal transfer form, usually available online.
Log into your specific MLS/Association website to download the form and fill out your information as well as the following broker information (if applicable):
Office Name | Radius Agent |
Broker Name | Kathy Rzad |
Mailing Address | 325 N Saint Paul Street, Suite 3100 Dallas, TX 75201 |
Phone Number | (817) 670-5733 |
Broker Email: | |
Web Page | radiusagent.com |
Brokerage License # | 9011839 |
Broker License # | 0740049 |
NRDS ID # | 191004751 |
Once you've filled out all applicable information, please send the form to tx.broker@radiusagent.com via a digital signing platform (e.g. DocuSign). Once the form has been signed by your Managing Broker at Radius, she will send it back to the MLS/Association on your behalf.
Once the transfer form is completed through your local association/MLS, your state and national memberships will be automatically updated.
