Accessing ActivePipe and MoxiPresent via MoxiWorks
Users can access their ActivePipe and MoxiPresent accounts directly via their MoxiWorks account. Follow these steps:
How to Sign In
On your computer or mobile device, open your preferred web browser.
In the address bar, type
present-radiusagent.moxiworks.comand press Enter.You will be directed to the MoxiWorks login page.
Username: Enter your agent's email address.
Password: Use the password you set up when your account was created.
Click on the "Login" button
Password Reset
If you are unable to sign into your MoxiPresent account, from the Sign In window click on the "Password Reset" link.
If you’re unable to successfully reset your password through the “forgot password” button on your login page, please email support@radiusagent.com.
