Learn how to create an email template in ActivePipe, extract the source code, and seamlessly transfer it to Follow Up Boss.

Step 1: Create the Email Template in ActivePipe

  • Create the email in ActivePipe.

  • Save the email.

  • Click 'Share' to copy the shareable link.

  • Open the link in a new tab or browser window.

Step 2: View Source Code

  • Open the window with the shareable link.

  • View the source code by either:

    • Using the 'View' menu and selecting 'View Source' under 'Developer'.

    • Right-clicking on the page and selecting 'View Page Source'.

Step 3: Copy Source Code

  • Copy the source code by either:

    • Using the 'Edit' menu and selecting 'Copy'.

    • Right-clicking on the page and selecting 'Copy'.'

Step 4: Create Email Template in Follow Up Boss

  • Sign in to your Follow Up Boss account.

  • Navigate to the 'Admin' tab (1), then 'Email Template' (2)

  • Create a new email template (3), name it (4), and set a subject. (5).

  • Switch to HTML input (6) mode.

  • Paste the copied source code.

  • Insert the code, preview the email, and save the template in the 'My Email Templates' folder.
