To use Jigsaw with your Raen demo account, please follow these steps:
1. Email support@jigsawtrading.com
2. In your email:
Mention you are trading a Raen SIM account
Include your Raen account username (rn_)
3. Jigsaw will manually create a live trading license for you
4. Once you receive your license:
Apply the license to your Jigsaw platform
Restart the platform
Your Raen account should then be visible
Important Note: Our demo accounts are currently tagged as live accounts in the Jigsaw system, which is why this special licensing process is necessary. Jigsaw is working on a permanent solution for this in their next release.
