After a market ends, the winner has been decided, and the dispute window has closed (or any dispute has been resolved), you can claim any winnings you've earned.
To make sure the market is closed and the dispute window has ended, check for the message "This market has resolved. Trading is closed." in the trading panel on the right-hand side of the market page.
Before you can claim your winnings, you must first cancel any open orders you
have in that market.
Step 1: Cancel any open orders
On the market page, scroll down to the Orders section.
Select the Open Orders tab.
If you have any open buy or sell orders, click Cancel next to each one. Alternatively, you can click "Cancel all orders" to cancel all the pending orders at once.
Wait until all open orders are cancelled before continuing.
Step 2: Claim your winnings
On the left side of the market page, below the market chart, click View Resolved.
Click the Claim button displayed to the right of your winning outcome.
If prompted, confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Once claimed, the button changes to Claimed.
If you don't see a Claim button, it means you didn't hold any shares of the winning outcome.
