FAQ About autoCollect:
Q:  When do transactions get batched out?
A:  Transactions are set up to be batched out
in your payment gateway.  If RainMaker set up your
payment gateway, it is typically set to batch at aproximately
9pm your time zone.
Q: Many clients ask where will the funds from transactions go?
A: Funds will be deposited where ever you set up funds to be
deposited with your merchant processor and the same for 
bank drafts.
Q: How long will it take to get my money?
A: That all depends your your merchant processor for credit
cards and it can take a day or two longer on weekends. As
far as bank drafts, that again depends on if they occur on weekends
and the Funding Set Up you received. Across the board i see it
takes about 7 days or so to see the funds settled. But again if
a draft occurs on a weekend it will probably take a day or so
longer. 
 
Q: I see Echeck amounts that say "Pending" but
we haven't received the deposit.
A:  There are several statuses of Echeck.  First
is submitted, next is pending, then usually next
is approved.  Sometimes it will come back
declined, returned or something different,if there
is a problem with bank account info entered, a closed
account, etc.  Again it might take around 7 days or
so to see the final status of an echeck and then
sometimes a couple days more to see the actual
deposit.
Q:  Who do I talk to to find out why a transaction
didn't go through?  
A:  You can call your merchant
processor for credit card transactions and call
your EFT/Echeck/Bank Draft processor for your
Echeck transactions. If your echeck processor is Vericheck:
