STEP 1: If you don’t already have a Facebook Page for your business, follow these steps

  1. Click here to see what you need to setup your Facebook Page
  2. Click Create a Page
  3. Click Get Started for a Business or brand (left side)
  4. Enter the Page name (your trading name), select a business category e.g. “Estate agent” or “property management company”, enter your business address, phone number
  5. Click Continue
  6. Upload your business logo as your profile photo and another nice shot as your cover photo
  7. Enter all your business information and follow all the Page tips to optimise your profile

STEP 2: If you don’t already have Recommendations active, add the Recommendations Tab to your Page

  1. Click Settings at the top of your Page
  2. Click Templates and Tabs in the left column
  3. Scroll down and click Add a Tab
  4. Click Add Tab next to Recommendations
  5. Drag and drop the Recommendations Tab just under the Home tab

STEP 3: Receive new Recommendation email notifications

  1. Click Settings at the top of your Page
  2. Click Notifications in the left column
  3. In the section called “Email” check the radio button “Get an email each time there is activity on your Page or an important Page Update”

STEP 4: Finding your Facebook Page URL

  1. Click on your business Page on the left hand side of your homepage
  2. Copy the Facebook Profile URL in the address bar of your browser and paste it into Rainmaker or somewhere else for later retrieval
