Welcome to Rainmaker! This guide will help you quickly setup your Agency & Agent profiles as well as creating and launching your first Campaign so you can start getting more and better reviews for your Agency. Now that you have an account, make sure you're logged into Rainmaker.
STEP 1: SETUP & OPTIMISE YOUR REVIEW SITE LISTINGS (PRIMARY AGENT ONLY)
Careful consideration needs to be given to deciding on which Review Sites are best for your real estate business and online profile.
Once you've decided which sites to add to your Review Site Panel on Rainmaker you will need to follow the 4 setup steps for each of your chosen sites:
- Google Business Reviews
- Facebook Recommendations
- Realestate.com.au (sales agents only)
- RateMyAgent (monitoring only)
STEP 2: SETUP YOUR AGENCY PROFILE (PRIMARY AGENT ONLY)
The Agency section can be found on the left hand nav bar for Primary Agents. This is where you can:
- Complete Your Agency Details
- Setup Your Agency Branding
- Select and Prioritise Your Review Sites

STEP 3: SETUP YOUR AGENT PROFILE
Having a completed Agent profile shows your customers you're serious about what you do and that you're the one they should trust with their management, purchase or sale.
Next step is to upload your personal profile image and complete your contact and professional information. The profile details you set here will be what's used for all Campaigns that you create and are the designated signatory.
STEP 4: CREATE AND LAUNCH A REVIEW REQUEST CAMPAIGN
Our Campaign module allows you to reach out to your landlords, tenants, vendors, buyers, etc. after you've started servicing them via both email and SMS to generate reviews for your Agency.
Creating a Campaign in Rainmaker is a quick but robust 4 step process. After Creating a Campaign including selecting and prioritising your Review Sites, designing the Email Template and uploading the Reviewers you would like to invite, you are ready to launch your campaign!
To launch your campaign via email and/or SMS follow these simple instructions. Note: Generally, you will achieve better response rates by sending out your email invitations between 10am-5pm Tue to Fri.
