When a customer indicates that they are unhappy, they're directed to our Interception Feedback Form to address their concerns privately.

You will find these entries logged in the Feedback section. To access:

  1. Navigate to the Feedback section on the left hand nav bar
  2. All negative feedback form entries are tagged with a red "thumbs down" icon in the first status column of the Feedback Table.

Note: To filter all negative feedback entries click on the sorting feature (up and down arrows) on the header row of the first status column of the Feedback Table.
