Our Terms of Business. These will require your review and signature.
Registration form. This will require completion, and we will ask for a few things from you, so please make sure you have the following to hand:

Name of company
Company number
Registered company address
Website address
VAT number (if you have one)
Director Information
Director(s) full name(s)
Director(s) phone number(s)
Director(s) email address(es)
Nationality
Date of birth
Director ID and POA(Proof of personal Address)
Additional Documents
Company Logo
Company bank account statement
Professional indemnity insurance certificate
A screenshot of PAYE
If you are missing any of the above, let us know via email, and we can collect this at a later date.
Once we have received your submitted registration form, we can begin the process of onboarding you onto the Raise platform.
When the onboarding has been completed, you will receive and email with your login information.
