Once a placement request has been submitted by the agency and approved by our compliance team, the hiring manager will be notified to accept it on the platform.
Approving the placement
The hiring manager will be notified by email to approve a placement, with the agency, job title and start date in the email.
Click 'Accept placement' to access the placement .
You will then be taken to your task list.
To access the placement and approve it, click the placement ID in the first column (PEM-XXXXXX).
You will then be presented with the placement information where you can either 'Accept' or 'Reject'
Once the placement has been approved by all parties (including internal compliance review) and is live in the platform, the invoice contact receives an email which includes the perm invoice as an attachment and placement details
