Change Payment Company to a Limited company or Umbrella
Login and click into the ‘Placements’ section in the left hand navigation pane
Click into the appropriate placement
Click 'Change Payment Company'
A popup will appear with three options: 'Limited', 'Sole Trader' and 'Umbrella', please select relevant option
If Limited:
Select either 'New' or 'Existing'
If new, please search for the company using the search bar and select the correct Limited company from the results.
Please add signed terms, VAT and bank details.
If existing, please select the limited company in the drop down option.
If Sole Trader
Select 'Incorporated Country' in the drop down
Toggle whether a UK citizen
Select 'Nationality' in the drop down
Add the UTR (Unique tax payer reference), and upload signed terms.
Toggle whether they are VAT registered and if applicable, add their VAT number
Add their full address, Bank details, and upload the ID, Proof of address and UTR proof document.
If Umbrella
Select the correct Umbrella company using the drop down.
One complete, click ‘Submit’
A new change request will be created and Raise will make the necessary adjustments and approve.
