Schedule Enhancement

New schedule features and layout

We have a new and improved look to the schedule, which now includes your Agency logo

You can now add user-defined fields to the schedule during the placement request process.

You will now see on the schedule section of a placement request, and area to add user defined fields.

This will allow you to add specific information relating to the placement into the schedule we issue from the Raise platform.

Multiple additional fields can be added, and these are editable once the placement has become active.

We have also made further improvements to:

  1. Rate history

  2. New start date is displayed for extensions.

  3. New Change request view

New Mandatory PAYE fields

We have added some additional mandatory fields for PAYE placements.

  • Type of work

  • Expenses that may need to be paid

  • Location

  • Health and safety risks

  • Experience, training or qualifications needed for the role

Adding contractors payment company information

You can now add a contractors limited company details and compliance information during the placement request process.

When adding a placement, and selecting a “New Contractor” with “New Limited”, a toggle will appear, giving you the ability to add their payment company information ahead of contractor approval requests.

Select the toggle to 'yes' and the ability to:

  • Search for limited company by name or registration number

  • Add compliance information (DOB, Gender, VAT)

  • Add bank details

This will remove the need for Raise to request this information, if you have already collected everything needed for onboarding.
