We have added "Monthly" and "Custom" timesheet unit types for temporary placements, providing greater flexibility for contractors who work on unit-based models rather than traditional time-based entries.
Monthly Unit Type
Key Characteristics:
Fixed monthly rate
Single entry per month with "Working" or "Not Working" options
Timesheet frequency must be set to "Monthly"
If required, a breakdown can be provided to show days worked and not worked.
Future date restriction applies - timesheets cannot be submitted until the end date
Custom Unit Type
Key Characteristics:
User-defined unit name (e.g., "Shifts", "Calls", "Assessments")
Daily entry of units worked
Rate defined per custom unit
Can be used as standard rate or additional rate
Works with both Weekly and Monthly timesheet frequencies
