Overview
This guide is part of the broader Temp Placement Request process. After providing contractor information, client information, and placement details, use the 'Schedules' tab to set how the client and contractor schedules will be managed.
Signature requirements
For both client and contractor schedules, you can choose whether the client/contractor signs the schedule, and whether you counter sign the schedule.
User-defined fields
By adding items in the user-defined fields section, you can add additional information to the client and contractor schedules.
To add an item, click '+ Add fields' and then enter a field name and field value.
Multiple additional fields can be added, and these are editable once the placement becomes active.
Toggle this option to copy the user-defined fields from the client schedule to the contractor schedule, or add new user-defined fields if you have separate agreements with the contractor.
The new information is is displayed on the final page of the schedule as additional information.
Preview the schedules
Based on the details you've provided, the platform generates schedule documents between the agency and the client, and between the agency and the contractor. You can preview how each schedule will look before sending.
Client and contractor approval
After you submit the placement request, when the client approves the placement, they will see the placement details to approve and the PDF of the client schedule, and will sign it if requested.
The same applies to the contractor.
