You can now copy an existing placement to create a new draft that can be edited and submited.

How to Copy a Placement

Overview

You can copy an existing placement using the 'Copy' button. This creates a duplicate placement in a 'Draft' status.

To Copy a Single Placement

  1. Go to the placement details page.

  2. Click 'Copy'.

  3. Review the confirmation message, then confirm.

A new placement is created with the copied fields, and the new placement status is set to 'Draft'. You can then edit and submit.

To Copy Multiple Placements

  1. Go to the 'Temp Placement List' page.

  2. Select the placements you want to copy.

  3. Click 'Copy'.

  4. Review the confirmation message, then confirm.

Each copied placement first appears in 'Copying' status and then moves to 'Draft' once complete. You can then edit and submit.

Placement Eligibility

  • Placements with the status 'Cancelled' cannot be copied.

  • Placements in 'Draft', 'Active', 'Expired', 'Pending Client Approval', 'Pending Agency Approval', or 'Pending Contractor Approval' can be copied.

Fields Copied by the System

When you copy a placement, the following fields will not be copied:

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Schedule Documents

  • Proof of approval/rejection

  • Historical rate changes
