What do I need to do to get started on Raise? (PAYE)

We are going to need a few things from you to get you set up on the platform, we have listed these below

Written by Sam Leaney

Once a recruitment agency have made us aware of your placement, you will receive login details into the raise platform. To get you fully onboarded onto the platform, we will need a few extra bits of information.

PAYE:

  • P45 from previous employer. (if applicable)

  • Starter declaration (Already in platform, just needs to be selected from the dropdown when contractor approves the placement).

  • Any Student Loan or Postgraduate Loan (Also part of Starter Checklist question)

  • RTW: Passport for UK Nationals - We will verify this using our IDSP Partner Trust ID. If you don’t have a valid passport, please let us or your agency know immediately, as we then need to go through the manual check. For Foreign individuals, we will verify RTW using Share Code and DOB, however they must attach their passport on the platform to verify DOB.

  • Proof of NI: an official document giving the name and National Insurance Number issued by a Government agency or previous employer, for example, P45 or P60 (no need to be recent), NI card, NI letter, or letter from the Jobcentre. No payslip can be accepted.

  • Proof of address (optional)

  • Proof of Bank Account - Statement, letter from the bank or screenshot from the banking app, clearly stating the sort code, account number and the holder of the account

Below is an example of the onboarding form

Most information will be requested and gathered through the platform when you first access the Raise platform, but if you are unsure about anything, please reach out to Support who can help further
