1PS is changing to Raise. And migrating all existing agencies, workers and clients to the new platform at app.raisetech.io (when live). There's a few changes to how things look and work on the platform that you'll need to know as a worker / contractor.

Getting access to Raise

The first time you access Raise, you'll need to reset your password. If you're an active user, you'll receive an email with all the details that you need to set your new password and gain access to the new platform. For any questions jump on our live chat or email support@raisetech.io.

Placements

As a contractor, you will be able to do everything in Raise that you could in 1PS. While things might look a little nicer, the functionality hasn't changed. You'll be notified about new placements, you'll be able to review and accept your placement when you're logged in.

Timesheets

As a contractor, you will be able to do everything in Raise that you could in 1PS. While things might look a little nicer, the functionality hasn't changed much. There is one change and that is that timesheets are no longer pre-populated with hours worked. You'll be able to submit a weekly or monthly timesheet by submitting the days, hours and minutes (15 minute increments) that you've worked.

You can save your timesheet as a draft if needed and then submit the timesheet for the whole week or month when you are ready.

Payments

Payments will happen the same with Raise as they did with 1PS. Weekly cut off times in order for us to process your timesheet and complete weekly payment runs are the same as before.

Invoices

You'll be able to view and download your invoices from Raise at any time and historical invoices will be available in the new platform.

Extensions and terminations

If a placement is extended, you'll be notified and be required to approve the extension much like it's a new placement.

Placements can't be terminated by you, the agency or the client. Timesheets can be dismissed if they are no longer required on a placement. Whilst we won't notify you that a placement has ended via email, you will be able to see that it's ending soon on your dashboard.
