1PS is changing to Raise. And migrating all existing customers, workers and debtors to the new platform at app.raisetech.io (when live). There's a few changes to how things look and work on the platform that you'll need to know as an end-client / debtor.

Getting access to Raise

The first time you access Raise, you'll need to reset your password. If you're an active user, you'll receive an email with all the details that you need to set your new password and gain access to the new platform. For any questions jump on our live chat or email support@raisetech.io.

Different users will have different permissions, notably:

  • Hiring managers: those with this access will be notified about placements, be able to view existing placements when they're logged in and be able to approve or reject placements.

  • Timesheet approvers: As it says on the tin, those with this access will be notified about timesheets and be able to view, approve or reject timesheets when they're logged in.

  • Invoice admins: Invoice permission will allow you to be notified about invoices via email, view settled, outstanding and overdue invoices and search invoices.

Placements

Hiring managers will be able to do everything in Raise that they could in 1PS. While things might look a little nicer, the functionality hasn't changed. You'll be notified about new placements, view those placements and approve or reject placements.

Timesheets

Timesheet approvers will be able to do everything in Raise that they could in 1PS. While things might look a little nicer, the functionality hasn't changed. You'll be notified about timesheets, view those timesheets and approve or reject timesheets.

Invoices

Invoice admins will be able to do everything in Raise that they could in 1PS. While things might look a little nicer, the functionality hasn't changed. You'll be notified about invoices, search and view outstanding and overdue invoices.
