Once a placement request has been submitted by the agency and approved by our compliance team, the hiring manager will be notified to accept it on the platform.
Approving the placement
The hiring manager will be notified by email to approve a placement, with the agency, job title and start date in the email.
Click 'review placement' to access the placement list like below. It will show the placement as 'pending client approval'. To access the placement and approve it, click the placement ID in the first column (TMP-XXXXXX).
From the placement page below, the placement details can be reviewed and confirmed. Each row will automatically be ticked to approve, however if any information is wrong, click the 'x' button and reject the placement.
When a placement is rejected, a notification is sent to the agency via email.
Agencies can edit placement information, such as rates, placement/timesheet approver and invoice contacts, the start date, and more.
The placement is then resubmitted for approval to the hiring manager!
