Temp Placement Approval (client)

How-to for Hiring Managers to approve temp placements on the platform for contractors.

Placement stages

Once a placement request has been submitted by the agency and approved by our compliance team, the hiring manager will be notified to accept it on the platform.

Approving the placement

  • The hiring manager will be notified by email to approve a placement, with the agency, job title and start date in the email.

  • Click 'Accept placement' to access the placement .

  • You will then be taken to your task list.

  • To access the placement and approve it, click the placement ID in the first column (PEM-XXXXXX).

  • You will then be presented with the placement information where you can either 'Accept' or 'Reject'

When a placement is rejected, a notification is sent to the agency via email.

Agencies can edit placement information, such as rates, placement/timesheet approver and invoice contacts, the start date, and more.

The placement is then resubmitted for approval to the hiring manager.
