A new service has been launched to give our users more control over their experience!

Summary:

  • An agency submits a placement request on the Raise platform

  • The placement is sent to the compliance team at Raise to approve

  • The placement is sent to the client to look over and approve

  • The invoice is sent to the invoice contact once the worker has started

Agencies

You can now submit and check the status of a new placement by selecting 'request' from the menu, then 'perm placements'.

Similar to the onboarding forms currently used, information about your client and tjhe placement will be required.

For existing clients:

  • Type in the name of the entity

For a new client:

  • Company name

  • Registration and tax number

  • Registered and invoicing address

Signed Terms of Business can be loaded during this stage.

Please be sure to look over these details carefully and make sure they are correct before clicking save and next!

Placement information

You will now need to input the placement information.

Key information include:

  • Start date

  • Job title

  • Invoice amount

  • Hiring manager and invoice contact

  • Legal information e.g payment terms, notice periods

The platform will prompt you to complete any missing information.

Please be sure to look over these details carefully and make sure they are correct before clicking submit!

This will now go to the Raise compliance team and will be in a 'submitted' status. If Raise is happy to fund the placement, the status will change to 'pending client approval'.

Please see below for the client journey.

Client

Placements to be approved can be found in 'Perm Placements' in the menu bar.

Clients will only be reached out to when the worker is due to start.

Existing clients:

  • You will receive one email containing the placement information and instructions on how to approve this.

New clients:

  • You will receive one email with log in details to the platform.

  • You will receive another mail with the placement information and instructions on how to approve this.

Please be sure to look over these details carefully and make sure they are correct before clicking approve!

Once the worker has started and the payment is due, the invoice will be sent to the invoice contact.
