The Rallio Sandbox is a custom, filtered view of the Outbox that allows you to see Location Profile-generated content. Hub admins and owners can monitor all outgoing activity for the locations that they manage. Location admins can view content from their peers and choose to reuse posts based on performance or relevancy. Let’s take a closer look at the Sandbox.

Note: This feature is only available to Rallio users who are part of a hub structure.

Filtering the Sandbox

In the Sandbox, there are several filtering options available:

Date

View relevant activity based on a specific date or date range.

Platform

The Platform filter will display activity that happens on the chosen social network (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Performance

Filter the Sandbox feed to show only the highest- performing Location-generated content.

Peers

The Sandbox will default to show all activity coming in for all social platforms. To look at certain locations, use the Peers filter. This filter allows you to type in a specific location’s name in the search bar.

Post Performance

Just like the Outbox, you’ll also be able to track basic post engagement in the Sandbox. Curious how many likes a post received or how many times your content was retweeted? You’re able to see basic engagement stats such as favorites, retweets, likes, comments, clicks and shares just below the post content.

Location Admins: Reuse Top-Performing Posts

At the Location level, you’ll also be able to re-post any of the content in the Sandbox feed.

  1. Locate the post you’d like to reuse in the Sandbox

  2. Click Reuse

The post will open in the Create Post window, where you can update the content and schedule it for posting.
