You can easily respond to reviews with stock responses by specifying text that will be automatically filled in when you click the "Reply" button in Rallio. You have the ability to add auto responses for 1-5 star ratings as well as for Facebook “Recommended” or “Not Recommended” reviews.
You can access this by going to Settings -> Reviews.
Note: This has to be done at the hub level, end locations do not have the ability to create their own Review Auto-Fill Responses.
Once you fill out the Auto-Fill Responses to your preference, be sure to click the blue “Save” button below.
Now that you have your Auto-Fill Responses, you start replying to your reviews! You would just need to click “Reply” or the text box, and the response will automatically fill in for you. Remember to click “Post Reply”.
