Connecting Your Facebook Ad Account

A Facebook ad account must be connected to boost content. It’s important to note that the ad accounts are validated by the user. This means that if there are multiple Rallio hub admins, only the user who connected the ad account will be able to access it.

Any Rallio hub admin can connect an ad account by going to Marketing -> FB Ads & clicking Connect Now:

From here, you’ll need to choose which ad account you’d like to use and click Connect.

Editing Your Target Audience

To update the targeting for your locations, click on the Targeting tab. From here, you can edit each locations’ target audience by clicking on the blue wheel, as shown below.

You have the following options to choose from:

If you choose People you chose through targeting, you’ll be able to edit the audience by clicking the pencil

icon.

Once you edit for your desired target audience, click Save Audience. You’ve successfully edited your targeting for that location!

Filtering Your Targeting

If you’d like to look at specific groups or locations’ targeting, you can select the Locations filter on the right hand side.

From here, you can filter by child hubs, lists, or individual locations.

Facebook Boost Billing

You’ll notice that when boosting content through Rallio, you won’t need to provide us with payment details. That’s because the budget that you set for your boost is passed through Rallio directly to your Facebook ad account. All funds spent during the campaign will be charged to the primary method of payment saved in your ad account.

Within your Facebook ad account manager, you’ll have the option to choose from a variety of payment methods. You must provide Facebook an accepted form of payment in order to boost content.
