How to Respond to a Review

Responding to reviews has never been easier on the Rallio app. You can respond to Google and Facebook reviews straight from Rallio and see incoming Yelp reviews.

First tap on More on the bottom right, then on Reviews. On this screen, you'll be able to see all your recent reviews!

If you're looking for a review that may be older, tap on the filter button next to the search bar. In this menu, you will be able to select the date range for when reviews came in, what platform they came from, their rating, and more!

Once you see a Google or Facebook review you would like to reply to, tap on the Reply button underneath the review.

You can also tap on Internal Notes to leave comments about a review that only you and your team on Rallio can see!

Once you're in the reply for the review, all you need to do is write out your response and tap on Post Reply. Additionally, you can tap on our A.I. to get a generated response in seconds!

Once you post your reply, it should send out immediately and you can view it on Google or Facebook.

For Yelp, unfortunately, responding from inside the Rallio is not possible. However, if you click on the Three-Dot Menu on the top right of the review, you can go straight to Yelp and reply from there! Be sure to come back to Rallio and mark the Yelp review as Responded so Rallio knows you've replied already!
