Can I Embed My Rally.Fan Store on My Website?

Updated over a month ago

Right now, Rally.Fan doesn’t offer a true “embed” widget (iframe or JavaScript snippet) that drops your storefront directly inside another site. But you still have two simple ways to make your website and Rally.Fan play nicely together:

  1. Forward a domain or sub-domain to your Rally.Fan store (most popular)

  2. Add branded buttons or links that open your store in a new tab

Below we’ll show you how to tackle each option in less than five minutes.

1. Point Your Domain (or Sub-Domain) to Rally.Fan

If you’d like visitors to land on your Rally.Fan storefront when they type in yourname.com or shop.yourname.com, domain forwarding is the fastest route.

What you’ll need

Where to find it

Your Rally.Fan store URL

Dashboard → My Store → copy the public link

Access to your domain registrar

GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.

Generic steps (registrars label things differently—use their help docs if you’re stuck):

  1. Log in to your domain registrar.

  2. Find DNS / Forwarding / Redirection settings.

  3. Choose URL Forwarding (sometimes called “Web Forwarding”).

  4. Paste your Rally.Fan URL and save.

  5. Allow a few minutes for DNS to update, then test the domain in a fresh browser tab.

Pro tip: Want your main domain to stay put but still link to Rally.Fan? Create a sub-domain like store.yourname.com and forward only that.

2. Add a “Shop” Button or Text Link

Already have a website on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, etc.?

Drop a simple link that opens your store in a new tab:

<a href="https://yourname.rally.fan" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> <button class="shop-btn">Visit My Store</button>
</a>

Replace the URL with your live store link. Style the button to match your brand.

FAQ

  1. Will true embedding be available soon?
It’s on our roadmap. Follow our product updates newsletter to be the first to know.

  2. Does forwarding hurt SEO?
No. Forwarding simply routes visitors; it doesn’t affect your existing pages’ rankings.

  3. Can I connect a custom domain inside Rally.Fan instead of forwarding?
Yes! Head to My Store → Settings → Custom Domain and follow the on-screen DNS instructions.
