Uploading Sensitive and Personal Information

How to securely handle and upload sensitive or personal information when using Rally.Fan Helpers.

Updated this week

Your safety comes first. While Rally.Fan encrypts your data in transit, we encourage all creators to take extra care when uploading personal or confidential information to Helpers, Magic Actions, or your workspace.

Best Practices Before Uploading

  • Clean your files first: If possible, remove or replace personal identifiers (like phone numbers, addresses, or payment details) before sharing. This keeps the focus on the content itself while reducing risk.

  • Limit unnecessary details: Only upload the information that’s needed for your Helper to complete the task. The less sensitive data included, the safer your workflow.

  • Think twice about sensitive content: If you’re unsure whether a file is safe to share, hold back. Erring on the side of caution is always the best move.

Why This Matters

Rally.Fan is designed to help creators move fast and protect their work. By following these steps, you ensure that Helpers can process your content effectively—without exposing you or your audience to unnecessary risks.

👉 When in doubt, protect your privacy first. If you’re ever unsure, our support team is here to guide you.
