2. No direct contact with clients
You must not contact clients directly under any circumstances.
What to do instead: If you have any questions, concerns, or need clarification regarding a campaign, please reach out to Ramdam Support. Our team is here to assist you and facilitate smooth communication with the client when necessary.
3. Respectful Communication
Treat all members of the community, including other creators, clients, and Ramdam staff, with respect.
What this means: Avoid any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate language. Always engage with others professionally.
