Encountered a bug? Here's what to do:
Before reporting a bug, please make sure you're using the latest version of the Ramdam app:
- On iOS, go to the App Store, search for "Ramdam", and tap "Update" if available. 
- On Android, open the Play Store, search for "Ramdam", and tap "Update" if needed. 
Once you've confirmed you're on the latest version and still experience the issue, please send us a screen recording showing the problem. This helps us understand the bug and resolve it much faster.
How to make a screen recording:
- On iOS: Open Control Center and tap the record button (you may need to enable Screen Recording in Settings > Control Center). 
- On Android: Use the built-in screen recorder (found in Quick Settings), or a screen recording app if your device doesn't have one. 
Please avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue, as this can slow down our response time. Thank you!
