Our satellite partner has advised us that they are working to restore a reported outage. Rest assured our team is working along aside them to restore services as quickly as possible. We promise to let you know as soon as this outage is resolved or of any further updates.

Details of the Outage:

  • Duration: We are currently working with our provider to determine the exact duration of this outage. As of now, you may experience service disruptions.

  • Affected Products:

    • Your Ranchbot Monitor will experience delays in data transmissions.

    • Pump Control will have disruptions and will need to be switched to manual mode until the outage is resolved.

What you can do:

  • Log into app.ranch-bot.com to check your Ranchbot Monitors in MyRanchbot - those showing "Delay" status badge have been affected by this outage.

  • Stay tuned for updates from us. We will keep you informed about the status of the outage and any additional instructions.
