Overview
Alert notifications can be delivered via email or text message. Once notifications are configured (see this article on how to set up water tank alerts and notifications, and this one on setting notifications for specific users), these preferences may be set.
Note: you can only edit team member notification preferences if you are an admin user. For more information on what it means to be an admin user, see assign a role to a user.
Setting Notification Preferences
Click on the enterprise name in the bottom left hand corner
2. Select the user whose notification preferences you’d like to edit
3. Under ‘Notification Preference’ select ‘Email’ or ‘SMS’ alert. If you’d like to disable all notifications for that user, untick both boxes.
Note: A user must have a mobile number associated with their profile to receive SMS notifications. This may be added in the ‘mobile number’ field.
4. Click ‘Save’
